- 1 bag frozen fire-roasted corn or 2 cups grilled corn kernels
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup crumbled cotija cheese or feta if that’s what you’ve got
- Chopped cilantro
