Loaded Baked Potato Bar

Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • Toppings: shredded cheese sour cream, bacon bits, broccoli, chives

Instructions

  • Scrub potatoes, poke with fork, and bake at 400°F for 45–60 minutes.
  • Set out toppings in bowls.
  • Slice potatoes open and let everyone build their own.
