Ingredients

large russet potatoes
Toppings: shredded cheese
sour cream, bacon bits, broccoli, chives
Instructions
Scrub potatoes, poke with fork, and bake at 400°F for 45–60 minutes.
Set out toppings in bowls.
Slice potatoes open and let everyone build their own.
