Ingredients

chicken breasts or thighs
cut into bite‑size pieces

olive oil

garlic
minced

cup
dry orzo

cups
chicken broth
½
cup
heavy cream
or half‑and‑half
½
cup
grated parmesan
1
cup
fresh spinach
optional
1
cup
frozen peas
optional
½
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for topping
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant
Stir in the dry orzo and toast for 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Cover and cook 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the orzo is tender.
Add cream, parmesan, Italian seasoning, and peas/spinach if using.
Simmer 2–3 minutes until creamy and dreamy.
Season with salt and pepper and top with parsley.
