Cheesy Cornbread Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 box cornbread mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix cornbread batter according to package.
  • Stir in cheese.
  • Pour into muffin tin and bake 15–20 minutes
